A quick breakfast and a rainy commute to the domestic airport to catch a 10:30 flight to Bangalore. The flight was on time, but Sam Abraham thought I was going to arrive at 10:45 and almost left before my flight arrived at 12:30pm. Fortunately he and Mark Muniyappa stayed for one more flight. They had hired a car for the 51/2 hour trip to Mysore. We got into the hotel around 6:00pm and I discovered we were staying in a much nicer hotel than my travels are accustomed. It was a welcome comfort, but hard to agree to pay $35 a night.

We went for a fine Indian meal at Mark's house and then back for a good nights sleep.
