The birthday went OK. I had dinner at a steak house (alone) and then to see a soccer game. The game was good but not many people went to the game. It was raining a little. However.... about 100 people from the hostels went to the game. That was fun. I sat with my roommate and he told me a little more about soccer so I could understand the game a bit better.
So, that was it. In bed by 12:30pm. I was waken up by the 4 French girls in my room at 6:00am when they came home. Ughhhhhhhh! I could not stay up or out that late anymore!!
The next day I walked down to the end of Copacabana and back. Total trip for the day was about 11 kilometers. :o(((
That night myself, an English couple I met and 3 of the Frenchies tried to go see a move but it was sold out. Everyone but me was out until 4am so a movie fit the mood nicely. No movie.... The couple and I ended up going to a bar and getting a drink. I ended up getting a bottle of water and some hot.... Fresh... Pork skins. Good stuff when they are hot.
Next day....... Time to go.
I grabbed the bus to the airport and flew off to Salvador. Next update will be from Salvador.
