Hiking to Ousel Falls

We woke to snow falling. Oh, no! We wondered if we would be able to go hiking today. It did stop. And we set out to find Ousel Falls. This is approximately 2 miles round trip. There is beautiful scenery every step of the trail. At the falls, we could feel the spray on us. Peggy and Joan saw an ousel, a small bird found along mountain streams that does not migrate. It rained on us during our hike. Luckily, we brought ponchos. This trail is a definite for a hike.
