Raiatea another beautiful island, but they are very expensive, we went for a quick walk before heading off on our tour. We went to the pearl farm and then snorkelled, we were shown how the implant the beads to make the pearls, and they showed us some of the natural pearls and told us how they develope. A guy asked if they were governed by the authorities to how they are having an affect on the environment, they lady told us they have a standard they have to follow and they are investigated and watch buy them but to do with the environment there not watch as it doesn't hurt the environment, but they can do just about anything and get away with it, like drink and drive grow drugs and the police don’t do anything, lol some people would run at this life. I left daryl to buy pearls and went swimming in the beautiful blue/green sea water just like you see it on the movies, supreme!!! we were supposed to be snorkelling looking at the pearl farm but there was so many little fish that I decided it was much better looking at them than floating shells, you see one you see them all but the fish were eating off them so I was doing both at the same time. Lol so much more fun. Then they are telling me I had to get out as it was time to go, these tours are not long enough. L there was so many coloured fish down there. I took a lot of photos on a disposable camera so I hope they turn out.
Out for dinner again tonight had a quite one then off to bed we are supposed to be getting up early tomorrow if I can get the kids out of bed???? Lol
