Day 6 up we are at 630am to get the chartered boat into vava'u and what beautiful people they are but also pushy when it comes to there markets you have to watch them they tend to say this is great for the kids but you really don’t want it and the kids do they want anything. But we had a great day we went to a beach resort, well not the resort we are used to but it was lovely all the same, they had kids dancing and there parents I assume singing, it was really nice seeing the traditional dance and songs. We had a swim on the beach the water was so clean and and green the colour was beautiful I picked up a starfish and sue would loved to have brought it home but she settled for a photo.

We also seen a vanilla plantation in which shane had to ask, Do we get to taste them!!!! He was thinking it was vanilla icecream , oh well he gave everyone a good laugh.

Its funny they have pigs as pets and they roam the streets like dogs they call them captain cook pigs as they believe they are his decendents, captain cook was the one that brought the pigs over from the UK.

Then back on to the ship by about 1pm, then into the pool for a dip as it was so hot, although we just finished summer at home we were still melting at 27C but the pool was beautiful.

We are repeating a day tomorrow as it is the 14th today and its also the 14th tomorrow because of the date line that we cross in the middle of the night. So that a little interesting. Oh and yes on the way back we do loose a day that will be the 5th may so we go from the 4th to the 6th may. So tuff if some one has a birthday on that day the miss out but those having one on the 14th get to celebrate it twice. Lol
