Dashed through Puno yesterday and jumped across to some of the impressive, but over comercialized floating islands on Lake Titicaca. Nice to meet Lotte and Lene, some friendly Danes, maybe even some plans for a Chilean road trip in January.
The Five has regrouped and we are all ready for the four days of trecking along the Inca trail. Strangely it was exactly four years ago to the day that i did this treck before, I can remember just how hard that second day was... Hopefully all the altitude training and six months of pack work has me much better prepared - fuck I can climb 6000m mountains this should be a piece of cake!!!
