As I sat on my train bound for nowhere this morning, staring out the window puffing on a smoke and listening to mixtures of music from Coldpaly, Missy and Pete to Air and Cannon in D I remember being amazed at life. Indeed initially I wished my life, especially in regards to relationships, had been simple. As I stared and smoke I realised just how wrong that was. The amazing rollercoaster ups and downs, the experiences, the inward thinking - it all makes life more brilliant. Someone who never goes through lows would never appreciate the highs. I think it was one of those moments of travel where you just realize that you do more than just see and do things as you skip around the world, the people you meet, the time you think and the experiences you have change you and shape you as a person. (Yep I have turned hippy)

Well a quiet night in Prague to rest and recover awaiting joining my brother in London was on the cards until I started playing firstly poker for beers amd then "Kings" with a bunch of Dutch guys. The sensible decision to call it a night and not follow them into town was made considering I was nearly "Marine Drunk" and had a 6am flight the next morning
