Cat had read about a place called Bend which show cased it's artwork on roundabouts. As America as a whole doesn't have many roundabouts, we thought we'd take a look. So after popping into a visitor centre to pick up a map of the roundabouts, we drove round to see as many as we could. Interesting! Around 5.30pm, we headed out of town to find a rest area to spend the night and at around 8pm we settled in the one just past Riley. We then had dinner, watched an episode of Hustle and got off to bed.
Weds 20th June.
Got up from a nice quiet night's sleep, as far as rest areas go, around 8am. After some breakfast we hit the road again and stopped in nearby Burns for fuel.
