Where I stayed
Hospedaje Kinsa Cocha
Caught the bus at 9am for the start of our sacred valley trip.
1hr later on a crowded bus (they're all like it) and we arrived in Pisac.
We found a room at Hospedaje Kinsa Cocha hostal, a triple room for 50 sols.
Had a rest as it was very hot, had lunch and then got ready to go to the ruins which was either an hours walk or a 3hrs walk (depending on who you spoke to) uphill. As it had just started to rain we decided to share a taxi to the top with a French Canadian couple we met (Phil and Veronica). These ruins are probably the best we've seen so far, the craftmanship of the stone work is amazing, but the trek down was pretty hard, good practice for the Inca Trail though! Once we got down we treated ourselves to Tea and Cake and then had Empanadas for dinner. We took a stroll around the village and then got an early night.
