Our morning started at a leisurely 8:30am, leaving Puntarenas which was a nice resort in a bad place. You had to sign a waiver if you wished to leave the Hilton premises.
Our first stop today was in Sarchi which is on the way back to San Jose. This town is known for it's artisans. Most of the Costa Rican furniture is made in this town. We stopped at a large souvinier shop with reasonable prices, though some of the wood work was cheaper in Los Chiles. They had a ton of Ox Cart's for sale.
Lunch was another buffet of rice, beans and chicken with some variations. The surprise was a nice duo performing some classical dances and doing a brief Cha Cha lesson.
