Fair Day at Victoria Park is one of the events held in the run up to the Mardi Gras parade in March. It's basically an opportunity for everyone to get in the spirit and have a few drinks and a laugh. I was honestly astounded at the number of poodles there!! In fact, the number of dogs overall was pretty well above average! The queens were out in full force and were all looking fabulously glamorous! I have never felt so unfashionable and started to fear I would be picked up by the fashion police (dressed in pink tweed may I say!) There was also quite a few buttless chaps wondering around (think Christinia Aguleira sytle but old man, hairy arse instead!) but couldn't quite work up the courage to run over and snap their butt so i'm afraid you won't get to see a photo of that, gutting i know!
