We are heading to Bariloche, the Capital of Chocolate (and icecreams, and stakes...), but in order to break the long travel (4 hours by bus from Esquel to Bariloche) we first went from Esquel to El Bolson (2 hours drive by Ruta 40) through Parque Nacional Los Alerces, which took us 3 days... (about 8 net hours of drive...)
At the begining we thought of doing a trek of 3 days in the parque, but the lazyness (and the price of the ferry you need to take at the end) got us, and we did 2 day-hikes. The first to Cerro El Dedal, which was a bit of a climb (1000 meters) but was worth it - a beautifull view of the lakes and mountains of the area. On the second day we went from the village Futelaufquen to some Guarderia Lago Verde and hiked to some hidden lagun, which was really nice and peacefull, untill several israelies got there and went into the (freezing cold) water with alot of fuss...
The next day we took a 5 hours bus to Lago Puelo, a quiet village (on the lake with the same name) and continued to the close-by Hippies town El Bolson.
