Today in Preschool the children were mainly practicing for their sports day next week. Some games include finding the other half of a piece of fruit they are given, counting out toys and putting them in the bags and giving a doll some medicine without spilling it. They are also performing with their instruments so they made an appearance again. However this time a keyboard was presented to Mark and myself to play along with them! It was reminiscent of being at Brighton Pier. I played a "melody" (I use that term very loosely!) while Mark played the chords. I don't think any of the great pianists have anything to worry about!

Afterschoolers today had their geography exam so I made some fishing rods for the sports day. I did briefly start unloading a lorry full of floor tiles, but they were too heavy for a girl like me, so it was left to the men....and Mark.

We are planning to get the keyboard and guitar out tonight to have a little session and to see what we can come up with between us. The fact that we don't have music or anything is a minor problem, but that's what the Internet is for! So it'll be a night for the likes of "Old McDonald" and "3 blind mice" - that's what I call true rock and roll!
