What is the probability of running into someone you know sitting in a restaurant in Halong Bay?? Well pretty good I guess when he yells out your name. In the restaurant sits James, a University friend of mine and his wife Helen who was in my sister's residency program. We met for dinner at a nice restaurant and had Cha Ca, a local fish specialty.
