Took the ferry across to Rangitoto Island today with Dart. Rangitoto Island is just off the coast of Auckland. It's believed to be only 600 or 700 years old which is pretty young as islands go!

Was grand to get a walk to the summit - about 240m climb - but the weather was awful. There were some cracking views but no photo opportunities to take pics of the view across to Auckland as the rain was too heavy!

Had a scoot through some caves formed by the lava.
