Up early as we were hiring bikes for the day. Charlie & I had our own bike, Carl had a bike with a trailer for Lucy. We headed first to the Ahwahnee Hotel which was very grand. We then rode to Vernal Falls, we hiked the 1.3km trail to the Bridge. The trail was very steep and we cooled off at the bridge. After our hike we were back on the bikes pedalling to Lower Pines Campground for our Ranger Guided Bears Walk. We had to do 1 of the Rangers walks for the children to get their bages. This was a 1.5 hour informative talk about some of the bears in the park. Back to the buffet for dinner as we haddn't eaten since tis morning nd we were all very hungry. Early to bed as we had another 5 hour drive ahead of us.
