After waiting in line for more than an hour, we reentered the United States at Blaine, Washington.  Given the wait, we found the speed humps and 'slow down' signs amusing. 

Spent the afternoon on the Seattle Waterfront.  Enjoyed lunch and a visit to the Seattle Aquarium.
