One of the primary reasons we traveled to Arizona was to visit our son who was stationed at Luke AFB as a Weapons Officer trainer.  He eventually served two deployments in Saudia Arabia during the first Gulf War.

The PIMA Air Museum has about 300 airplanes on display; it's a must see if you're ever in this area.
