I forgot to tell you earlier that a lead car took us through the burning/smokey area where the forest fire is at Liard hot springs area. When we registered in here they told us that road was completely closed earlier today. Sounds like we left just in time. We have run into a fair amount of constuction. We should get into Alaska early Saturday. In Canada gas has been more expensive than diesel. We have paid from .79 to 1.74 a ltr. for diesel. I think the cheapest gas was just over $1.00 per ltr. It is after 10:00 and daylight. Better get to bed because you all know how Bill is in the morning when there are places to go. Most mornings I am still brushing my teeth when I hear the pickup start and the camper jacks being put up. O'well, gotta love him.

it sounds like you all are injoying it and seeing a lot of wild life well i do know what you are saying when you loose every thing out of the cubbards ben there done that well im glad to here the crossing are no better then U>S>A injoy the could weather it wont last thans fore sharing your trip with all of us
