We started off the day with a visit from Barb Klussendorf (a hockey friend who was visiting from Wisconsin). It was great to see her and catch up on news and enjoy lunch together.
In the afternoon Joel and Lisa took us to see the Vikings football stadium and then we drove over to see St. Anthony's Falls which is right downtown as well.
Joel cooked us dinner tonight......delicious marinated chicken, baked potato, and toss salad. We then drove to St. Paul to celebrate our anniversary with the best ice cream I think I've ever had.
It was another great day and one that will be hard to beat.
