Mis Estimados Compadres,
Amigos, Amigas, Compañeros y Compañeras

:Now. Here. This . Ahora. Aquí. Esta.

I received an envelope stuffed with money/peso's...
I do not know where the envelope came from or who it came from.
There was a very brief, unsigned noted inside the envelope with the cash/peso's...
" Do not displease us - You will not look forward to the consequences if you displease us"

I think that the Drug Cartels are very misunderstood by people outside of Mexico....
The Billions USA $ (some say 100's of Billions USA $) that the Mexican Drug Cartels
get from selling drugs to wealthy, rich Americans is used to help the poor
and the needy and the sick in Mexico... So the $ USA spent by Americans on Mexican drugs
is like making a charitable donation....
Also, Mexico avoided the recession that the USA went through and is still going through.
The drug business appears to be recession proof....
The drug business is stabilizing the Mexican economy....
These are all good things - very good things...
Drug Cartels only kill people in self defense - to protect themselves or their territory...
Or people that displease them.....

Note: Mexico has the fastest growing middle class in the world,
and Queretaro, a city 50 kilometers south of San Miguel,
is industrializing at the fastest rate in the world....
San Miguel is booming - huge housing developments seem to be going up all over the city...
A street close to where I live, San Antonio, is the only street to a traffic circle in the south of the city that has 3 roads going from it -  one road is to Queretaro (a city of a few million) and to Mexico City ( a city of 25 million) - the second road goes to Leon (a city of a few million) and Guadalajara (a city of 6 or 7 million - second largest city in Mexico) - the third road goes to Celeya (a city of a few 100,000's). On Sunday nites the traffic is bumper to bumper from the traffic circle to downtown San Miguel - Mexican tourists going back home from their weekend stay in San Miguel....
Personally, I think that they should ban tourists from San Miguel - they are a real nuisance..
They clog up the streets, fill up the restaurants and are always getting in the way......

I have a balcony off of my bedroom, which I really enjoy, Going out on the balcony in the morning and looking down on the Mexican peons and peasants that are trudging off to work..All of my balcony doors are all glass... One glass door off of my bedroom onto the balcony, plus 3 large windows off of my bedroom - lots of light - facing West and North away from the sun, which is good....

Plus a glass door from my livingroom onto the same bedroom balcony. Plus another glass door from the livingroom onto a second very small balcony facing north, away from the sun, which is good...Plus another glass door off of the second bedroom  onto a third very small balcony....
I like standing at that door (bare naked) in the second bedroom and watch the people going by.
For some reason that I do not understand, the people going by seem to have a need to look up to my second floor balcony window when I am standing there... Why do, or would people look up when they are walking down a street - they should be looking where they are going - not looking up... Maybe if their peripheral vision detects something that their brain thinks is interesting - they feel a need to look at it... I really am not that interesting to look at.....
