The Skagit has three. Dams that is. Owned by Seattle City Light. The first is the Gorge Dam, right in Newhalem. We came around the edge of it but didn't stop for the tour, we were hot and ready to move on.

Number Two Dam is Diablo. Number Three is the fabulous Ross Dam, which backs up Ross Lake, and man that is a site (sight) to see! We stopped at the Lake Overlook and got the binos out. Remember why the water looks so green? (Hint, glacier silt.)
