Visit Falls Mill & Country Store on Falls Mill Road; it's a water-powered grain mill powered by a 32-foot overshot water wheel. Built in 1873 it produces stone-ground flour and meal. Museum, self-guided tours.
Stay at Falls Mill B&B Log Cabin, a cabin built in 1895 with fireplace, tin roof, full kitchen, it sleeps 5 and they serve continental breakfast. Stop at Swiss Pantry on David Crockett Highway, they have homemade baked goods, breads, cheeses and desserts.
