So i have finally found time to blog.
The flights were long and some of them were hell, but luckily we didnt have too many delays. We were pretty luck on our first day - we managed to run onto one of
our friends from Auzzie and she showed us around, which was a huge help! We have been pretty busy finding a place to stay and joining up to recruitment agencies. We have this cute little modern apartment about 5 mins walk from the centre of Antibes. Its really nice! Im kinda glad its Friday, cos it means that we have a little bit work to do tommorow morning then we are free for the weekend as everything is closed on Sunday. Might head to Cannes or Monaco for an afternoon or the day.
The job hunt is hard but it just makes me more determined to find a good position. Already there have been a couple of partioes, but they keep getting postponed because the weather is crap. Thank goodness I listened to my mum and packed some warm clothes.
No real exciting things have happened yet, apart from me getting lost and walking around the coastline at sunrise and the discovery of English T.V. and French Pastries - lucky I dont have a lot of money to burn otherwise i would be a real fatty!
