On Day 2 of our trip to Maine, we made a stop at the Portland Head Light as we made our way south to Ogunquit. We walked the Marginal Way and scoured the beach for treasures. Had our first lobster rolls at Billy's Chowder House (yum!) and got donuts at Congdon's (double yum!). Drove to Kennebunkport and drove along Ocean Avenue. Made our way north to Freeport, but as it was getting close to 5 p.m. on a Sunday, most of the stores were closing and we were unable to shop. Made a stop at the DeLorme Map Store to see 'Eartha' and then it was on to Bailey Island for dinner at Cook's Lobster House. We had the haddock and blueberry pie! Both to die for! We spent the night in the Holiday Inn in Bath.
