The west coast may be bleak at times, but there is some thing about it, its almost fronteer town like.

Went onto Fox glacier, 2 Oz's were killed there last month and 1 person flown off the glacier yesterday because of a rock fall, its true what they say about New Zealand, no animals to realy kill, just mother nature.
Stopped off in Hokitika, for some green stone factories, some cool stuff as well.
