I got to about the early morning and then I started feeling tired, so I stopped by at a rest stop in Darien, CT to sleep. Then I trucked on through MA and finally arrived in Maine by the morning. I really tried hard to make sure I would not be going through Boston during morning rush hour.

I've never actually been to Maine before, so it was nice to stop and see what the coastline is all about. I've always seen pictures of the rocky Atlantic coast, and that's my favorite type of coastline, so I'm all about that. I didn't want to head straight to Canada right away and wanted to spend more time in Maine, so I stopped at the visitor's center to see what pathway would be best. Good ol' Route 1 they say. Down in Philly that's Baltimore Pike, which is what I used to drive every day. Only fate.
