The storms came in during the evening and brought the milder temperatures. We opted for a run into Traverse City to visit 2Lads and give the kids a break from the house.

We stopped in Elk Rapids and enjoyed a nice game of tic-tac-toe in the local java house and shopped. Taking the full turn up Old Mission Peninsula we stopped at 2Lads and provisioned a couple of bottles of cab franc and snacked on cheeses, almonds and chocolate truffles. We then stopped at Pirate's Cove in Traverse City and Justin and Alyssa drove go carts and tried out the zip line. Alyssa enjoyed her first zip line experience!

Dinner back at the condo with a late night Monopoly game.
