Today we went to Cappy's Chowder (chowda) house for lunch!  Cade, dad and I had lobster (lobsta), it was fantastic!  What do you think of us in the bibs?

After Cappy's we went on an adventure to L.L. Bean in Freeport.  We ended up being in the 4th of AJuly parade as the Clearwater float.  My dad turned into the parade by mistake.  When we finally made it to the store, it was huge!  They are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

On the way home dad was ready for some more lobsta, so we stopped at a roadside shack called "Red's Eats" that had a line around the building.  They are a local legend for their lobsta rolls.  Dad agreed, he said they were mighty tasty!

Can you believe we drove all the way to Maine and our neighbors are from Clearwater Floriday, and 3 of their grandkids will go to school with me at Safety Harbor Middle next year!!!

Happy camping,

I have been there to the LL Bean store - it is huge. How do you like New England? Jill & Curt & Marta and Jill's neighbor and I are meeting for dinner before the play. Everyone else is gone and can't give the tickets away...people are all away this month.
I leave for VA on the 22nd of July and will drive back with Marietta from Christie's so she won't have to drive alone. Miss you guys - gone almost a month!
