Brian Deets

Dreading the long flight from Los Angeles to Boston I was sitting waiting for the airline to begin boarding what would be my nightmare flight.

There was quite a collection of waiting for this flight. I happened to notice a little blind girl who looked a bit nervous. Her aunt was trying to calm her down.

The flight boarded and I was sitting across from the little girl, luckily no one was sitting next to me which was nice because I could spread out and relax on this red eye flight to Boston. I was exhausted anyway and looking forward to arriving in Boston the next morning. The plane took off and I went to sleep.

I awoke very thirsty so I rang service light for the attendant, but no one came. In fact I saw no movement at all. I got up from my seat for the restroom. When I returned to my seat something was out of place. I was very sure the plane was almost full, but it seemed empty now. The little girl was searching for her aunt and could not find her so she began to cry.  Her aunt was missing and so were the flight attendants and pilots.

There were only twelve us left on this plane and we were all in shock. Luckily Captain Brian Engle was one of the twelve and he was a pilot. He tried radio contact but there was no reply. Off course he decided to land in Bangor Maine because of a fuel issue.

We landed in Bangor and were upset over what we found. There was no one in sight, just emptiness.  We got off the plane by going down the emergency slide. We searched but could find a sole. I could not imagine what was going on. We talked with each other, but everyone that was left on the plane had fallen asleep right after we departed, so we were not sure what happened.

Captain Engle did not like the situation so he hooked our American Pride flight to a Delta 727 to transfer fuel. He called everyone back to the plane as we heard loud grinding sounds that almost sounded like chomping noises. The pilot made a decision to take flight and head back towards Los Angeles. As he taxied we could see the terminal building, but it started to disappear. Then we saw these black and red balls bouncing and eating everything in sight leaving a black hole. The pilot told everyone to buckle up and hold on as he hit the run way very hard and put the plane into full throttle. We lifted off and the landscape was crossed with black lines and began to disappear swiftly until I could not see the ground anymore.

Captain Engle flew to the Rockies where he saw a large portal and he knew must cross through to get back. He tried to enter but the plane was being denied. Captain Engle suggested everyone get to sleep because he thought that was why we passed through the first time. He lowered the flow of oxygen and put the plane on auto pilot. Everyone was asleep and then a loud noise woke everyone up. We were near Los Angeles and Captain Engle landed the plane, but because we were out of fuel the speed was too fast and we crashed slowly into the terminal building. Everything was quiet when we happened to notice the clocks, it seemed as though we had gone back in time right before our original flight. Then like magic everything came to life and we were back in our own world trying to deal with the reality of what happened.

I'm never getting on a plane again. :)

Rather than try to summarize so much information, why don't you focus on just one event and really describe it from your point of view. What the heck were you thinking with the crazy balls???!?!
