After Burning Man, we all needed some time to ourselves and some decompression. I joined two wonderful ladies I met at BM, Gwen and Liz, and we hit a hot spring just north of the lake. The Playa of Black Rock City sucks all the moisture out of everything, including you. You get what they call playa hair and skin, where every part of you is as dry as a bone, really. So a soak in a natural hot spring was the best thing in the whole world, really. The next day, I took a gorgious drive around the lake and had breakfast with the girls. After meeting up with Z in Reno again, I headed back to San Francisco to gather myself and visit with Ericka and Anaya (her daughter) a bit more.
