"YUMMMMMMMMMMMM." That was my most popular word today, as Laura and I once again conquered some must-do dining establishments in Disney World! woop woop! I woke up early (8:15), and worked on my paper for about 3 hours-isn't that impressive! I am actually fairly pleased with my paper, and I demand a lot from Bradley Rediger when it comes to research papers, so hopefully I don't get an F on it. My paper is on the implications of drug testing in the workplace, in regards to positions in the Human Resources field, so if you need to know anything about that topic, I can fill you in. I still have to make sure my citations are correct, and still have to do my works cited in APA style-I thought MLA was the only way to go!

At about 12:45, Laura and I headed to the Yacht Club to dine at Captain's Grille-YUMMMMMMMMMM. Laura had this insane burger that was topped with a bunch of crab meat, and had butter oozing out of every pore-heavenly to say the least. I had the lobster roll, and guess what I said after every tantalizing bite? YUMMMMMMMMMMM-that's what. I also had some delicious fries with my sandwich-which is undoubtedly the best sandwich of all time. Pictures will be posted on Facebook tomorrow, so you might not want to view those if you are hungry. After this, we walked to Epcot, and decided to do something we don't do often...Eat! We grabbed dessert-chocolate cake with ganache for me, and chocolate mousse for Laura, from the Boulangerie-Patisserie in the France pavillion. YUMMMMMMMMMMMM.

Megan met us near Test Track after this, and we walked on after a 2 minute wait. Then we went to get FastPasses at Soarin, then we went to the Cast Member discount store after this. This store was really small and pointless, although I did get my cousin Maddie a coloring book. Following this adventure, we rode Soarin, which only had a ten or fifteen minute wait without FastPasses. That ride is spectacular, although the neighbors didn't believe me when I said Milford, Nebraska was secretly featured in the ride. Then, we walked alllllllllll the way around the world(the Epcot world, at least) and then Laura and I headed for Downtown Disney.

Laura wanted "real food," so we went to the Earl of Sandwich. YUMMMMMMMMM. Their sandwiches are pretty cheap, and they were delicious! I had an Italian one with lots of good stuff on it like salami, peppers, pepperoni, etc. etc. Laura had a boring salad, but it was an appropriate decision considering our next stop. I had been complaining all day about wanting ice cream, so Laura finally caved in to my constant badgering. (I obviously don't eat enough as it is, right?) So, we did what everyone in that situation does-visit the Ghiradelli soda fountain! Yipppeee! I had the Peanut Butter-Hot Fudge Sundae-YUMMMMMMMMMMM. Laura had some Mint chip/cappucino sundae thing. YUMMMMMMMMMMMM. I will probably have to purchase some books from Weight Watchers following this semester, but I don't care. We then wandered through some stores, and it was a nice end to a very fun day(minus working on my paper)!.

Tomorrow, I have my first Corporate Analysis class, from 8:30-11:30. Hopefully, it is as fun as I am expecting, but time will tell. I need to finish the works cited/edit my paper tomorrow as well, since it is due Friday and all. At least I didn't wait until the last minute, right?! After this, Michael, Laura, and myself will be heading to the Magic Kingdom. Laura thinks it will be too cold for Typhoon Lagoon, since she is from the South, and can't handle anything under 70 degrees. I need to go to bed, as I set my alarm for 7:15...yuck-that is earlier than I have to wake up for work! Goodnight kids-Have a magical day!
