Buenos Noches! I just returned from Mexico!...in Epcot, that is. I had a wonderfully relaxing day today, and I was even sort of productive! I woke up around 9:30, lounged around, and headed to church at 11:30. I am extremely lucky, as my new church, Basilica of the National Shrine of Mary, Queen of the Universe, is less than a ten minute walk away from my humble home.

I can honestly say this mass was the best one I have ever experienced! The chapel is pretty cool-nothing like the ones in Europe-maybe more like St. Vincent's in Omaha. Hundreds of people, mostly older, packed the church. This church has evolved from having weekly services in Disney-owned hotels to what it is today-an ornate destination for Catholic tourists. The priest was absolutely amazing!!!!!! He was probably the most polished speaker I have ever heard, and it seemed like he was speaking directly to me. The choir had six males and six females, and they were incredible. It was honestly like listening to six Josh Grobans and six Julie Andrews, with an excellent organist playing, as well. If this church was in Kearney, I would go everyday.

Following mass, I went back to Chatham and ordered Chinese with my neighbor Laura before the Packers game. Laura and her family members are HUGE Packers fans, as they even have season tickets, and they live in Georgia! Thus, Laura was incredibly nervous the whole game, and was enthralled after the game, since the Packers won! I was motivated enough to finish two online quizzes for one of my online courses(Go me!), and I plan on doing even more school-work tomorrow! I am very excited to begin training Tuesday, but I am looking forward to another relaxing day tomorrow.

After the game, Laura and I decided to go to Epcot! First, we rode the fairly-newly renovated Spaceship Earth! After this we had Marge's favorite pretzels from Kringla Bakery in Norway, and then we rode Test Track! After this we tried to ride Soarin-closed...then the Circle of Life...closed...then Living with the Land...closed...So, we decided to ride Journey into the Imagination...closed!!! Since apparently nothing was open, we headed back to the World Showcase and rode Maelstorm and the Mexico boat ride(dumb!). I highly recommend the Norway film following Maelstorm, seemingly produced in 1982. We figured we might as well cross that attraction off our list, since we WILL be doing every ride before May 20. Then, I bought a really sweet jacket from MouseGears-Thanks Nana! Following this exciting purchase, Laura and I came back to Chatham, and I am currently listening to Michael and Carlos argue about Mormons, famous athletes, white wedding dresses, and circumcision-oy gevalt!!!...never a dull moment in Orlando, I suppose! I don't know what tomorrow will bring, but I may wander around a park, or get wayyyy ahead on my online classes(yeah right!). Good night! Have a magical day!
