If you go to Monteverde its to visit the rainforest. theres a network of trails that you can walk along that stretch several kilometres. The problem is that due to the huge numbers of people I didn't expect to see too much wildlife. Did see lots of hummingbirds, took some photos with the sutter speed at 1/8000 sec and the wings are still blurred. Poor things having to flap therir wings that hard. Also saw a Tarrantuala spider. It was huge. It was walking just a metre behind Elissa when I told her to turn around and have a look what was behind her. I'm sure she wasn't wearing brown pants when we left in the morning.......

Also found out that Innisfail in Australia had been hit by a 280kph cyclone. Elissas Mum and brother live there. Her mums house is O.K, just a broken window. His brothers house had the roof come off.......... E-mail and the net, makes the world a smaller place......
