I just spent 6 days in the Amazon basin in the Cuyabeno Reserve.  The jungle is fantastic.  I saw toucans, kingfishers, fresh water dolphins, caimans, an 8 meter anaconda, tapirs, spiders, lots of monkeys.  I caught a large pirhana.  I recommend the jungle tours to anyone.  I have a video of a weaver spider catching a cockroach and mumifying it.  I saw taratulas, scorpions, and lots of interesting plants.  I went to a shaman and cooked with some local villagers.  It was a great tour.

What lodge did you stay at?

I don't remember the company that ran the tour. I didn't stay in a lodge. We camped in permanent camps.
