Our whistle stop tour took us to a whole bunch of forts and temples. Becs wasn't allowed in one because her knees were not covered! We also had to walk around barefoot a lot. In Udaipur there is a holy lake where priests and locals go and bathe because they belive it has healing powers. In Pushkar we had our first taste of a lassi, which is drink made of milk curd. Brad and Ryan ordered a "special" lassi and for some reason could not stop giggling the whole way back to our hotel.

All these cities have some special feature about them, be it their colour or monuments and temples. Jodhpur is known as the blue city because the houses in the old city are painted blue which is a cooling colour and also acts like an insect repellant! Not sure how true that was.

Another cup of chai and a painting for Ryan later we headed to Jaisalmer.
