The ride today was in bright sun and strong winds unfortunatley in the wrong direction. 69.5 miles took 6 and a half hours. Lots of construction detours and a nice ride through Brigham Young campus. My legs felt great with a days rest and the bike fine tuning seems to be just what was needed. We lost 6 riders yeaterday as they were only signed up for the first leg but we picked up 12 that are going to do the rockies. I hear that we will be rididng with the "Ride the Rockies" ride which usually has around 2,000 riders for a couple of days.
