A mere 74 miles however it took me right at 9 hours to complete them. As I write this there are still people that haven't finished! I wasn't in the first group but somewhere in the front middle. We did Donner Pass today and its elevation is 7,288 feet and there is still snow on the hills. The total climb today was 8,550 that is because we go down some and then back up. The temperature will go into the high 30's tonight and I have the heat on in my room. Today was the third hardest climbing day that we will face the first was on day one but because of the length I think that this was harder.

Stephen,
Good! Another climbing day done. Remember, biking is fun, say it over and over.
