It was back onto Knife's Edge Bridge, where we tried in vain to stay somewhat dry by wearing our waterproofs. No such luck. We got just as soaked as last night.
We also hiked down the path to Boiling Pots, deep in the gorge where the view from below is absolutely stunning. Up above you can see the bridge that connects Zimbabwe to Zambia. You can walk across it and get your passport stamped in Zim, but we thought considering all of the drama going on across the border it wasn't such a good idea.
To escape the vicious mosquitoes, we opted to eat out tonight. In search of the Indian Tandoori restaurant, we found out that they were closed Mondays so instead we tried this little African restaurant, Ngoma Zanga. It was tastefully decorated inside, with excellent service and simply delicious local food - at tourist prices ;)
Now we're back, ready for bed. Off to dream of hippos. Goodnight.
