April 30, 2010 Had a great nights rest in the Super 8 Motel in Idaho Falls. Woke up at 0600 and had coffee, read my Bible, prayer time and posted my thought for the day. Breakfast of waffles, orange juice and an apple for the road. This was also a nice comfortable and friendly motel. On the road at 0900. All flat dry land with I'm guessing potato fields along the Hwy. Idaho Potatoes. Some pretty bright green grass and mountains with snow at the tops off in a distance. I stopped a few time to take some pictures of some views that the pictures probably won't do justice. Since I had such a large breakfast I will not stop until I am almost in Boise for a late lunch early dinner. The retreat starts at 7:00 with Mass after ward. So I stopped at Subway and Had lovely Spinach salad with tuna I should have taken a picture but I forgot. Arrived in Boise at 3:00 pm met some of the people that will put on the retreat and then came into the library to write. I will not be able to blog any more tonight or tomorrow because I will be busy with the retreat and I have to come into the main building to get access to the Internet and I think it will be in use, not sure. Anyway I wanted every one to know that yesterdays fear filled day was followed by a very peaceful drive which made me really appreciative of flat dry hwy's Bye for now
