Today was just a kickin' it around Sedona day. We went to a restaurant called the 'Cowboy Club' because we heard they had rattlesnake and Tim wanted some. They did have snake (ends up it was actually Australian Python, if you can believe that) and Tim coerced me into eating some (it was ok) along wit cactus fries (they were pretty good with this prickly pear sauce they have there) and also buffalo (I'm SO not a fan. It's too chewy. Like meat gum. Yuck.)
We met a very colorful fellow who has published a book of photos that list the names of the local rock formations and I got to talk photography with him awhile. He was a real trip. A nice and very funny fellow.
Did some shopping and drove around some roads we had wondered about. Beautiful scenery. I didn't shoot many pics today but tomorrow's balloon ride is coming up so we'll see what we can get into then......
