POLSKI:
Dni mijaja niesamowicie szybko.
Mielismy rozne treningi odnosnie traktowania dzieci.
Zrobilismy takze hawajskie party z grillem nad basenem.
Jeszcze zasypiam przed 22 i mam kryzys ok.13. No coz, nie tak latwo przyzwyczaic sie do 9 godz roznicy czasu.
Dyrektorka campu jest super. Nie boi sie "znizyc" do naszego, tzn. counselorow (wychowawcow) poziomu i cholernie glosno sie smieje. Slychac ja na caly camp hehe. Jest przezabawna i mozna z nia rozmawiac o wszystkim. Wierze, ze bedziemy miec swietne lato.
Oh, zapomnialabym napisac o naturze. Widok jelenia zza okna stolowki to tutaj normalka. Widzialam tez sepa, orla... Trawa jest sucha, ale lasy zielone. Nie moge sie doczekac, kiedy pojade do San Francisco...
ENGLISH: The days have been flying by. So far we have had different trainingns about childrens treatening. we did some "trust" and "getting to know you" games that came out fantastic. Even though we`ve know for a couple of days only!
We`ve also had a hike to the hills surrounding our camp. It was physicaly exhausting to some of the people, which was a good tollerance lesson to me. Our condition depends on our life styles, that`s all what I can say. View from the top of the hill was worth to see to everybody - hills, San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge. After the hike we jumped into the pool in our cloths.
We also made a Hawaian party with barbecue at our pool.
I`ve been getting to know new people and so far it has been really good. There is about 25 of us at camp, most of them are Americans (we have 1 guy - Tiny is a program director), 3 English girls, 1 girl from Switzerland and myself - the only Polish here:o).
I keep going to bed before 10 pm and I am really sleepy about 1 pm. Oh well, it`s not that easy to get used to 9 hours of time zone differences. Basically I am still jet lagged.
The camp director is awesome. She id not afraid of being on counselors level and she has a really laud laugh. We can hear her all over the camp hehe. She is funny and we can talk about everything. I believe we`ll have a fabulous summer.
Oh, and I nearly forgot to write about the nature. A picture of a deer behind the dining hall window is pretty normal here. I also have seen a vulture and a eagle... The grass is dry, but the forests are green. I can`t wait to go to San Francisco...
