Again, the date is approximate here - I believe it was somewhere around mid-1968 or 1969, but I'm not sure. Unfortunately, both of my parents are both gone now, so I can't ask them and none of my siblings remember that far back.

We actually lived at Mather Air Force Base outside Sacramento, on the Family Housing complex there.
