road again headed to David, Panama. After the drama of the Costa Rica
boarder we were prepared to spend the whole day getting into Panama but
it was a breeze. We zipped into the town of David without a hitch and
settled into our new hostel The Purple House. Yes, every thing was
purple, everything. David boasts almost no sites or things to recommend,
but we did have a pretty good meal at Restaurant Jenny. This is a
Chinese chain that must have 10,000 restaurants in Panama because
suddenly they are everywhere. Panama is the land of food. Meaning
food does not seem to make it north of Panama.Suddenly everything is
available. I’m sooo pleased!
Well we are jet setters still, so
we woke up the next morning and flew to Isla Colon and the town of Bocas del Toro. On
the Caribbean side of Panama and home to numerous islands.
