Hi its been a day or two since I last logged on and we have done quite a bit since then, leaving gas street would of been a very daunting affair if we had been on our own, about eighteen locks to do in quick succession, luckily we had just recruited Andy and Ben for the weekend and did they make short work of it they were running up and down like whirlwinds and even jumping across the lock cambers ????.The next day we had the Hatton flight to do and again they made it look easy 21 lock in just over two hours now that's good going I wish i was that age again ??we had a bbq on the Friday night it was if I say so my self very good, all things must end and in no time at all it was Monday morning and the lads had to leave but all I can say is we had a right good time.

Hatton flight
Hi Howard and Heather - we agree wholeheartedly that your two lads, Ben & Andy, made life a lot easier doing Hatton flight and we were pleased to share the experience with you. We'll be back at our mooring tomorrow and next big trip will be the Leicester Ring. Enjoy your trip and hope to see you on the waterways again soon. All the best - Joy & David on nb Craigavon
