So it appears I have my first critic! That's pretty exciting right? It's like i'm famous. Isn't there some sort of well known quote about you not really mattering until someone insults you, I might have made that up, not sure! The comments were pretty insulting to be fair, I didn't personally feel insulted but I believe that was the main aim. I particularly liked when they said that I should write a travel book (I should right!) called, 'A girls free vacation' or 'how to hook your way round mexico' (I'm assuming they meant prostitution). They also called me a pampered princess, which as we all know, although I am not pampered I do like to think I'm a princess. So that was pretty spot on. I wonder if they'll read this, hi if you do!

Now I've been debating who it could be, is it a random person that has come across the blog? Or is it someone I know hiding behind a pseudonym?

There are of course potential options. Some of the new volunteers probably wouldn't have liked the observations I made about them but like I said this is basically a diary for me so all of my feelings go into this and in the heat of the moment, so I definitely don't hold back. And lets face it, I love to moan, about pretty much everything. The only problem with it being the recent volunteers is that my new BFF had atrocious spelling and punctuation and I can't see that being any of them. I mean although the new guys annoyed me occasionally I did actually like them. I just got frustrated sometimes. They were pretty funny though, worked hard and they were genuinely smart people, I mean Kym works in a cancer lab she definitely had to be super smart for that. This is why I can't imagine they would make mistakes that obvious and I would have thought their insults would have been a bit more imaginative. I also can't see them bothering to actually track my blog down, I really don't think I'm that important to them.

So who knows, it remains a mystery.

Anyway that was probably the most interesting thing that happened today. It's been a pretty standard travel day. Had to get up early and get a bus, which took so long. Though Playa del Coco is pretty far from San Jose to be fair. I did see loads of monkeys on the way though which was pretty cool. I had an unfortunate event happen on the bus though. I basically begged the driver to let me do a toilet stop and as I was leaving a man shouted after me to tell me I'd left my sunglasses and pillow, I told him I was coming back. However I did tell him in English and something definitely got lost in translation as when I got on the bus and it started driving off I realised my sunglasses and pillow weren't there!!! Either the guy had tried to be helpful and find me, thought I said I didn't want them and took them or just took them anyway. I was so annoyed! I really don't care about the sunglasses they were about $5 and too big for me but the travel pillow was pretty devastating, it's a serious essential and I love it! I suppose I only have one more journey left though. Still!

We finally arrived and a helpful man took me the wrong way to town so I had to walk even further to the centre and lordy it is hot here. Eventually got bored of sweating and my extremely heavy bag and paid $1 for a taxi to a hostel.

After I checked in I went and booked my diving! Woop! I told them that I needed 7 pounds, or kgs, I wasn't sure. I thought it was pounds though. The guy said to me that it was probably pounds but they would give it to me in kgs as I hadn't dived that much. Oh ye of little faith. I got back and checked my log book and what do you know 7 POUNDS, may not have dived that much but my buoyancy is pretty good thank you mister. So yeah keep your fingers crossed for whales tomorrow!

Went to the beach after although the weather was now crap. Don't expect me to come back with a tan! The beach is not bad to be fair. It then pissed it down which will make for excellent visibility diving tomorrow, thanks weather! Probably won't even be able to see my hand in front of my face let alone a ginormous whale.

Literally done nothing tonight except food shop and attempt to use the internet. Exciting right! Oh and once again I'm back to sleeping in a dorm with no one in it. Had that last night and tonight, back full circle ha!
