We finally got to the Cay around 3:30. We were on a nine passenger prop plane. We had a nice conversation with an American woman that lives on the island. She and her 15 month old daughter had just been to Florida to visit relatives. Funny about island life- the pilot couldn't get anyone on the phone to let them know we would be there in about 30 minutes so our friend, Coral, called her husband on her cell phone and told him to contact the Yacht Club and let them know we were coming. There are only 60 to 80 permanent residents on this island. Everyone knows everyone.
