Well it was fun, I didn't drown or hurt myself, and I got to throw myself off 10 metre cliffs into raging torrents, free-climb in a wetsuit (hairy, I have to say), and let a river carry me downstream - the adrenalin will not be wearing off even the memory of today for a long time!
