Woke up to a perfect morning - sunshine & snowy mountains made for a splendidly unforgettable view.

Ate some local cheeses and bread/crackers for breakfast on our balcony. Unfortunately, the cheese Ari picked out made her gag and almost vom -literally- due to the smell and awful taste (in her opinion). Becca was a trooper and didn't mind it but Ari's reaction ruined it for Annie-who wouldn't even try it afterward.

Walked to town. Making sure to take in the beautiful scenery every step of the way. :) Window shopped/Annie & Becca got some legit jackets (since they weren't as smart as Ari who packed one ;)) Had lunch with an uhh-may-zing view and got ready to venture to the top of Europe (Jungfraujoch).

After an hour long train ride to the tallest train station in Europe (amazing views & stops along the way, not to mention all the history that goes along with it) we made it to the top at 11,333 feet. We walked on the snowy mountain it was AWESOME! The mountains. The view. The snow. The cold. Agreeably one of the best feelings/experiences we will all have. We wish we could've fit all of you in our pockets and pulled you out for that moment. There was also an ice cave we walked through- that was fun & slippery! :)

Met some nice London men who are running the Interlaken marathon tomorrow. 26.2 miles all uphill. Bloody hell! No thanks. But they were friendly and had awesome accents.

RF:
1. It's Friday the 13th. Creepy.
2. We all ate snow at the top of the mountain.
3. The train had to slow/stop for cows on the tracks.
4. We now call people in Switzerland Switzies.
5. Switzies are obsessed with gnomes. They're everywhere.
6. Thanks to wifi (which is basically everywhere ) we were able to FaceTime at the top of the mountain!
7. It's our last full day in Switzerland :(
8. Cows actually wear cow bells here.
9. We love how all the homes here have beautiful flower baskets hanging outside the windows.

We will miss you Switzerland! Off to Austria tomorrow.
