Sunday morning we were up bright and early to start our drive up North. We made really good time and arrived early afternoon. We took a short walk since it was a little rainy. We stayed up there until New Year's Day. We took a couple other walked in the redwoods and along Old Briceland Road. Jan and Kim, sisters from Seattle who are good friends of Hal and George, were also there. They came a day after us and stayed a few days later so we all got some "alone" time. As usual, Hal made delicious meals. We had some "Sorry" competitions and played a new game called "Mexican Train." It uses dominoes, but is a little different strategy. It was great since all 7 of us could play at the same time.
